When she joined the Cash Processing Sector, she became the very first lady in that part of our organization. The boundaries have been moved!

She was born in Kosovo now residing in Niš. As a part of the family in which many members wear a uniform, her determination to join this sector is no surprise. "I love my job", Dragana points out.

Dynamics is what additionally encourages Dragana. Procedures are being followed so there are no problems with task performing. "Like everywhere else, there are tougher days and the easier ones", Dragana says, adding that "good cooperation with colleagues and clients is of the utmost importance". The fact that one woman stands in a position where men are more often engaged, is a great incentive for Dragana to do her job successfully. "We are all equal", she concludes.
